ESWSC AGM News
AGM is at 19:30 on Wednesday 21st March 2012
Golf Hotel, Foxhall Road, Ipswich
The AGM is the annual opportunity for the committee to update the members on current
activities within the club, present the club accounts and answer the members' questions.
Other important activities are to elect the committee to run the club in the coming season
and to set the goals for that committee as well as set the membership fees.
We are in the fortunate position of having enthusiastic support for this season's committee
but we are inviting nominations for committee membership. The curent proposals for Committee postions are:
- Chairman: Steve James
- Business Secretary: Kay Klein (welcomes replacement)
- Membership Secretary: Richard Klein (welcomes replacement)
- Treasurer: Lizzie Modder
- Community Liaison: Josh Major
- Social Secretary: Megan Algar
- Equiment Maintenance: Scott Dunbar
- Ordinary Member: Simeon Fulcher
- Ordinary Member: Matt. Moore
